Having met the greatest man in the world, I made the life changing decision to move from Southern Maine to the Mid Maine – Coastal area. Truly Blessed! It gave me the opportunity to research, educate and expand my business into multiple territories which in turn broadened my services for all of you~ I am now proudly servicing Southern and Mid – Coast Maine and all seascape areas in between. From Scarborough, Portland, Falmouth, Freeport ME - to all Coastal Routes Brunswick, Harpswell, Bath, Wiscasset, Camden, Rockport, Bar Harbor all the way to Lubec Maine on the Canadian border and western through the lake areas Dedham, Bangor, Hampden, Brewer ME and western to the Maine Mountains~ If you need to sell or purchase a home~ I am your gal! I have been a full time Real Estate Broker/Realtor since 1999, who enjoys working with folks like yourself as I help navigate you through the process of Buying a home locally or from afar. Selling a home takes strategic planning and creative marketing skills. In this industry and I learn something new every day. I try to inspire others daily, through my workplace, my clients, family, friends and social media outlets sharing the meaning of GASA (Give A Smile Away) this meaning has literally gone around the world and my clients never forget it~ 

The day-to-day challenges in real estate, are never boring, always exciting and most of all rewarding…  Many may say they go the extra mile, I personally guarantee it! I make long lasting relationships for life. My clients become friends for years to come. Buying or Selling a HOME- isn’t easy.  I have years of experience and have built relationships in all aspects of the Real Estate industry, which expands beyond local and state extending nationwide and abroad which has helped me be a better advisor for YOU~ I am proud of the name I have made over the years and for the years to come. I am a top producing real estate broker and know Maine like the back of my hand… You tell me what you need~ I know how to find it or sell it!

My side passions, I am a strong advocate for animals, mainly dogs, volunteering with many rescues from all over Maine to Florida, Alabama and Mississippi, vetting, completing home visits to safely rehome pets. I am a “Fur-Mom” of four happy energetic fun waggy tails.  I have worked many years with Southern Maine community homeless shelters. In addition in my other life, since 1993, I have been a singer/songwriter/entertainer in the country music industry as the Kelly Parker Band, coming off the road in 2015. Many of you may have seen me over the years, performing at fairs, festivals opening for your favorite national artists around the east coast and beyond. You can still see me from time to time at a private function, guest appearances or check me out on YouTube. I wear many hats, I have energy of an army!
