I’m Tim Bush, a husband, dad, veteran, real estate professional, investor, and coach based in Dedham, Maine. My wife Libby and I are raising our two amazing kids, Charlotte and Hudson, and building a life centered around family, adventure, and creating memories together. Whether we’re skiing in the winter, spending summers at our lake house boating and swimming, or traveling the world with a few Disney trips mixed in, we believe life is meant to be lived fully and intentionally.

Before real estate, I spent nine years serving in the U.S. Air Force, with assignments that took me across the globe from South Korea to Italy to Afghanistan. Those experiences shaped my work ethic, leadership style, and appreciation for relationships and service. After returning home in 2013, I met Libby, planted roots back in Maine, and began building the life and business we had always dreamed about.

I entered the real estate industry in 2018 and quickly found my passion for helping people through one of the biggest moments of their lives. After earning top awards in my first two years, I launched The Bush Group in my third year and continued growing both my business and my impact within the industry. Along the way, I’ve built a portfolio of long-term rental and Airbnb properties, developed a passion for investing and renovation projects, and discovered how much I love mentoring and coaching other agents.

Today, my focus goes far beyond buying and selling homes. I’m passionate about building community, creating opportunities for others, and helping people unlock the next level of their lives and businesses. Whether I’m helping a client find their dream home, bringing a property back to life, coaching agents to grow their careers, or speaking on stage at industry events, I believe in leading with authenticity, energy, and people first. That’s why NextHome’s philosophy of “Humans Over Houses” isn’t just a slogan to me, it’s the foundation of everything I do.
