I recently entered into an area that feels so natural to me given my history of building construction, land development and real estate. I was the owner of a custom building company and a custom mill work, specialty hardware company on Mount Desert Island and Portland, Maine area for 30 years. I had the pleasure of working with many very discriminating clients that required me to be attentive and keenly aware of what they wanted in the marketplace. My friends and former clients have asked me for years to review their real estate purchases prior to the offer process. I recently completed the State of Maine real estate program of study and the necessary licensing testing. I am anxious to share my custom building experience coupled with my building science knowledge benefiting my clients toward making informed decisions related to their next home, land purchase or sale of existing real estate.
